The City of Randall owns all of the utilities in town, electric, natural gas, and sewer/water.  The solid waste is billed through us as well.

The Randall Liquor Store is a municipal owned business.  The On-Sale is open Monday - Thursday 9am - 12pm and 9am -1am Friday and Saturday. The Off-Sale is open Monday - Saturday 9am - 10pm. Sundays 11am to 4pm.
